You don’t need to have internet access when you want to export your mailbox to a PST file. Or you could create a new PST file, and then drag-and-drop the items from the Outlook profile to the PST file, but again, exporting to PST is much easier. Yes, you could also enable Auto Archiving in Outlook, but this will only export items that are older than x days.
